'This is a Modern World, This is England', is a fashion editorial piece inspired by the subculture and fashion identity of the British Mod. The Mod subculture that was initiated in the early 1960’s can be pinpointed down as stereotypically British, it was created and has stayed popular and iconic in Britain over the years. For this piece, the aim was to generate a very British aesthetic to my images, whether this be through the styling and the appearence of the models, or through the different environments that the models appeared in front of.
